Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by The Pixie Boutique. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
We do not have weekend collections so any orders placed after 3pm Friday will not be shipped until Monday.
COVID 19 NOTICE
Due to the Global Pandemic their may at times be delays in postage being processed. Unfortunately all of our courier services have at times suffered delays. We are doing our upmost to ensure our services are unaffected.
We cannot be held liable for any delays once the parcel is in the hands of our couriers. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. We do not deliver to BFPO and PO BOX addresses.
Returns
For hygienic reasons products cannot be returned unless they are unworn with the tags still intact and returned in the same condition they were shipped out.
Item not quite right? Inside each order you will find a simple returns form enclosed making the process hassle free. Make sure you return your order within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. Lost your returns form? Please email us info@thepixieboutique.co.uk.
Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser, please allow 3-5 working days for refunds to be processed on receipt of return and note that card refunds can take up to 10 business days to show back in your account. This can vary between banks so please speak with your bank for more information.
In the case that an item is faulty, we will be able to cover the return shipping cost, but please note we are unable to cover any shipping costs paid at the time the original order was placed. Email a photo of postage receipt for a reimbursement to info@thepixieboutique.co.uk
Abuse of the returns policy, such as repeated refunds with no valid reason, free wardrobing and chargeback fraud will not be accepted. The Pixie Boutique reserves the right to make the decision on refunds and returns.
SALE ITEMS
All sales or purchases as part of a deal are final. We do not offer exchanges, credit notes, or refunds.
LATE RETURNS
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns beyond 7 days of your receipt, anything sent to us after 7 days may be returned to you.
